Students ages 14-17 may obtain working papers in the school main office Monday-Friday (9am-1pm).

Required Documents:
- Application signed by a parent/guardian (click here to access working papers applications )
- Physical form signed by a physician within the last 12 months.
- Form of identification (birth certificate, state ID, or passport)
